Worldbridge also provides information through an email and telephone enquiry service. Applicants in Switzerland can speak with a visa information service agent by calling 0900 123444 between the hours of 0900 and 1700, Monday to Friday. Calls are charged at the rate of CHF 3.50 per minute.
If you cannot get through to a 0900 number, you can also call a visa information service agent on 00 41 43 500 2171. Using a secure, automated system, each call will be charged the equivalent of US$ 14 which is payable by credit or debit card endorsed with the Visa or MasterCard logo.
Website and email information is free of charge. All the information provided is supplied and approved by the UK Border Agency.
How do I submit my application?
Worldbridge Services manages Visa Application Centres in Geneva and Zürich, where you should submit your application and your biometric fingerscans. (See www.visainfoservices.com for details).
Who decides whether I will get a visa?
Your visa application will be processed and decided by staff of the UK Borders Agency. Neither Worldbridge Services, nor any of its staff play any part in, nor can they influence the outcome of your visa application. If any member of staff employed by Worldbridge Services claim to be able to influence your application you should inform the British Consulate-General in Geneva as soon as possible.
Where can I get advice?
Worldbridge and its staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for.
